Noel Gallagher has made an entire career taking influence from the Beatle’s middle period. But Strawberry Fields doesn’t have to be Forever. The Fab 4 did do stuff before 1966 you know…and it’s a rich seam of influence that permeates through the current Indie scene….but no one is doing it quite as up-front as The Fore.

Forget New-Rave….Beatnik Geek could be the next big thing.

Love For Sale is drenched in Mersey Beat and makes you think that you’ve heard it somewhere before…and you kind of have….but that’s a very good thing.
